This lemongrass is sourced directly from a cooperative of farmers in the hilly terrain of eastern Nepal. This collective empowers farmers by making them not just employees, but owners through a co-operative model. It is harvested over a long growing season, handpicked and machine dried to preserve its citrus flavor.
